Yes. If you only need to return some of the tickets in your order, you may request a partial refund.
Be sure to specify exactly how many tickets you’d like to return. Once the refund is processed, those seats will be released and cannot be recovered.
However, all fans who are unable to use their tickets are encouraged to list them on the Fans First Marketplace first. Once the Marketplace is open, tickets are ineligible for refund.
Refunds are only eligible for tickets purchased directly through Fans First Tickets, and other exclusions may apply.
