How to Accept a Ticket Transfer

When tickets are transferred to you, you’ll receive an email from [email protected].

1. Follow the prompts to create or log into a Fans First Tickets account
2. Your login email must match the email the sender used for the transfer
3. Click “Manage Tickets and Transfers” and click the green “Accept Tickets” button

⚠️ Complete this within 48 hours of the transfer email.
